Adrianna Vanderneut

Adrianna is an experienced leader in the not-for-profit and social services sector with over 15-years of experience of driving change in her community. Adrianna successfully led an organization on the brink of collapse to being recognized as the leader in youth homelessness in Durham Region. She is known for being a creative and innovative leader that finds solutions to complex community issues. During her career as an Executive Director, Adrianna was able to complete a thorough evaluation of the agency’s programs and funding, which lead to a consolidation of services and opened the door to new sources of revenue.

Adrianna has extensive experience in the social services sector and has worked with agencies that offer inpatient mental health support, Ontario Tech University, as well as, most recently working with the Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre, on an extensive review of their compensation, benefits and related policies. Adrianna has been a faculty member at Durham College for 11 years and was previous an addictions and mental health counsellor. This experience allows her to easily build rapport and ensure that all clients, employees, and community stakeholders feel safe and supported when providing the valuable feedback to ensure a project’s success.


Brent Laver, CD, OCT, PMP

Brent is a seasoned leader and educator with over 15 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, excelling in leadership, education, change management, project management and predictive analytics. Throughout his career, Brent has honed a solution-focused mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Brent brings a data-driven approach to projects, leveraging strong analytical skills to develop effective strategies and ensure successful outcomes. An adept communicator, Brent fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and maintains the situational awareness of his clients and team members. His proven track record of success includes managing multi-million dollar resource budgets for the Canadian Army, developing new training initiatives for the Royal Canadian Navy, and leading successful initiatives to develop more effective business practices at various levels of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Beyond core strengths in analysis and project management, Brent is a skilled change agent. He has a proven ability to navigate complex organizational shifts, implementing new systems and processes while maintaining operational efficiency. 

Brent is a registered Project Management Professional and Ontario Certified Teacher.
