Coaching

Coaching is a solution-focused approach to problem solving that is focused on present and future outcomes. The coach acts as a guide and thought partner in bringing about positive change in a person’s life. Coaches assist clients to come up with their own solutions to issues, this increases the likelihood of follow-through and success because they are taking control of their circumstances. Coaching allows people to generate results that can be monitored and measured and are based in real time.

The coach works to build an authentic and trusting relationship with the client to ensure the best outcomes.

People who engage in coaching may find renewed optimism and motivation towards their life and career goals. Mentorship

Often, Executive Directors are thrust into a leadership role without proper training and support. This can cause feelings of isolation, loneliness, and stress which can lead to burnout. The loss of a top leadership position, whether it is the Executive Director, CEO or board President can cause significant turmoil in an organization. Organizations may feel the ripple effects, such as employee resignations, loss of funding, damaged reputation, program decline, and poor-quality client service. As a former Executive Director, I offer mentorship, compassion, support, and guidance to top level executives to ensure optimal functionality of the organization.
